My car is moving slower than the other other car, do I need a service?

If you are using "5 buttons" controller, please understand that each level increase/decrease need to press the "+" / "-" button in order to activate the speed level change. When you reach to the speed level four, you can press the booster button "B" to activate the top speed. You should also see the head light is blinking (please read the instruction manual. If you do not have the instruction manual, please click "here" to download your copy.

If the speed problem still exist, please click "here" and select "Spare parts enquiry". Type the problem in the "message field" and attached a scan copy of your purchase invoice. Our customer service team will help to solve your problem.
